If you’re excited about this role, even if your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to apply.\nFuel your passion\nAs a StockClerk and Material Handler , you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and managing incoming materials, as well as supporting production by ensuring raw materials and finished components are available when needed. You will maintain accurate inventory records in line with company procedures and safety standards.\nYour role will be critical in maintaining efficient material flow, supporting production teams, and ensuring inventory accuracy to help deliver high-quality products to our customers on time.\nAs a StockClerk and Material Handler,you will be responsible for:\nReceiving and unpacking purchased goods, verifying contents, condition, and quantities against packing slips.\n\nPerforming incoming receipt transactions, printing receiving reports, and maintaining daily logs.\n\nMarking raw materials with QA traceability numbers.\n\nIdentifying production requirements and ensuring availability of parts and materials when needed.\n\nMaintaining accurate inventory records, including materials received, used, defective items, and outside materials.\n\nPreparing and issuing production orders with raw materials, components, and finished goods.\n\nParticipating in annual physical inventories and daily cycle counts.\n\nSupporting material flow within inventory systems.\n\nReplenishing stock, processing shop orders, MRB dispositions, location transfers, and move tickets.\n\nCutting materials for production teams and issuing materials to machinists and operators.\n\nCompleting material requisitions and pulling/issuing parts for production orders.\n\nPerforming tagging activities including laser marking and spot-welding tags onto holders.\n\nGenerating inventory reports as required.\n\nMeeting company productivity and quality standards.\n\nOperating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.\n\nSupporting additional duties as required based on workload and business needs.\n\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a high school diploma or GED.\n\nHave 1-3 months of experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred).\n\nDemonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprints.\n\nPossess intermediate math and reading skills.\n\nHave computer skills sufficient to operate company ERP systems.\n\nDemonstrate working knowledge of industrial equipment used in material handling and production support.\n\nShow strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.\n\nBe able to follow established procedures and company policies.\n\nDemonstrate effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.\n\nExhibit a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nSufficient motor skills to safely operate tools, machinery, and handling equipment.\n\nAbility to stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift (typically 8-10 hours or more).\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as required.\n\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and safety shoes.\n\nAbility and willingness to work overtime, including alternate shifts and weekends, based on business needs.\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is unique.
