You will provide unbiased strategic insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform leadership priorities and long-term growth.\nPartner with the Best\nThe key responsibility of the Strategy Senior Advisor role is to lead strategic initiatives across the IET Business Segment. The position is crucial to the business segment’s ability to establish its medium, and long-term plans in a highly dynamic industry.\nThe Strategy team with the Senior Advisor playing a key role, is responsible for the development and oversight of 5 Individual Business Units (BUs) strategies to support growth objectives, as well as playing a key role in the overall IET strategy formulation, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in the development of operational strategies.\nYou will be responsible for:\nBringing together crucial pieces of information such as competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, customer intelligence, etc., from various internal and external sources to develop strategic options and layout the strategic roadmaps for the BUs and IET overall\n\nSupporting the strategic planning process (LRP) to ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value added\n\nWork with Corporate HQ, including Growth & Experience (GX), FP&A, Corporate Development and Investor Relations\n\nSupport IET Leadership team presentations including BoD meetings, IET Leadership Forum, and other external presentation\n\nManage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments\n\nDevelop strategic threat identification and evaluation processes as well as overseeing their adoption\n\nOther tasks as identified by the IET Strategy Director\n\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nDegree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Engineering, or related discipline\n\nRelevant experience in strategy, consulting or marketing\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nProven ability to structure ambiguity into clear insights and recommendations\n\nStrong communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously\n\nAbility to quickly build a strong understanding of the full IET portfolio and develop relationships with the key stakeholders across that portfolio\n\nAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data/AI tools\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
