This role partners with customers, service technicians, and business stakeholders to oversee account performance, coordinate projects, improve processes, and contribute to strategic operational initiatives. The position requires a strong customer focus, leadership capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders while delivering results in a dynamic environment.\nAs a Support Services Specialist - Exec Support, you will be responsible for:\nAccount Management, Oversee Service Technicians for the Account, Indirect upselling on Accounts, Customer Service.\n\nDevelops an operational year plan for the own department activities.\n\nSuggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.\n\nContributes to plan of larger unit.\n\nWorks together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level.\n\nSpecifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.\n\nStandardized project processes.\n\nGuidelines for choosing the right actions.\n\nProcesses and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.\n\nWorks on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.\n\nTo be successful in this role you will:\nHave a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.\n\nDemonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.\n\nPossess excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.\n\nHave the ability to influence stakeholders and lead small teams effectively.\n\nBe capable of leading initiatives of moderate scope and business impact.\n\nDemonstrate strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.\n\nHave effective problem identification, analysis, and solution development skills.\n\nPossess proven analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.\n\nHave experience in customer service, account management, or service operations environments\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way people work and perform at their best can vary.
