We champion entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.\nPartner with the best\nAs a System Operability Engineer, you're responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems for a variety of industries, such as Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Clean Energy. These include:\nEngineering for Process simulation and optimization of Industrial Plants. This includes dynamic simulation and process calculations, establishing flow charts, implementing components like pumps, compressors, turbines, heat balance, etc.\nGetting involved in flow diagrams, operational concepts (poc), water steam/operating cycle, cooling water and/or air system, performance guarantees, material balances, equipment sizing, P&IDs, PFUPS, etc.\nExpecting to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise based upon precedents.\nEngaging in customizing projects to client needs. Conveys technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.\nPlaying supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role you will need:\nRequirements:\nHave a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED\nHave a minimum of 2-10 additional years of experience in Process Engineering simulations and plant level understanding in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer and other Chemical engineering domains\nSimulation software expertise (UNISIM, ASPEN HYSYS)\nHave Strong oral and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills.\nAbility to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact\nStrong candidates will demonstrate:\nExperience withCentrifugal Compressors (Primary)\nReciprocating Compressors (Good to Have)\nGas Turbines (Good to Have)\nElectric Motor (Good to Have)\n\nExperience with startup, shutdown and steady state simulation of the above-mentioned products in either UNISIM or HYSYS\nA basic understanding of the mechanical aspects of compression trains (shaft design, couplings, gearboxes etc.)\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
