Working with advanced equipment and established procedures, you will contribute to delivering reliable solutions that meet customer expectations and business objectives.\nAs a Technician Electro-Mechanical I, You Will Be:\nPerforming electro-mechanical testing and assembly on equipment and components.\nTroubleshooting, assembling, disassembling, and testing electro-mechanical assemblies.\nConducting visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.\nIdentifying and communicating technical issues using logical troubleshooting techniques.\nPerforming advanced soldering and assembly of electro-mechanical devices.\nAchieving and maintaining required competency assessments and certifications.\nPerforming complex tests with minimal instruction while following documented procedures.\nReading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and parts lists.\nFollowing formal procedures, maintenance practices, and competency management requirements.\nConducting basic equipment inspections and reporting operational or quality concerns.\nMaintaining accurate production records and supporting manufacturing documentation processes.\nFollowing Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and work instructions.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.\nMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\nTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will:\nEducation & Experience\nHave a High School Diploma or GED.\nHave manufacturing experience, with six months of experience preferred.\nHave experience working in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.\nTechnical Skills\nHave the ability to read and interpret routine work instructions and documentation.\nHave the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and parts lists.\nHave the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.\nHave strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.\nHave experience using precision measuring equipment.\nHave the ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and assemblies.\nHave the ability to operate material handling equipment, overhead cranes, and/or obtain required certifications.\nHave knowledge of soldering and electro-mechanical assembly practices.\nBehavioral Skills\nHave strong attention to detail.\nHave a commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nHave strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.\nHave the ability to follow procedures and work independently with general supervision.\nHave effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.\nHave a proactive approach toward continuous improvement and learning.\nWork Schedule\nHave the flexibility to work a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday.\nHave the availability to work from 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM.\nHave the willingness to work overtime as required by business needs.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
