You will play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting manufacturing activities, and ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes safety and quality standards.\nAs a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:\nSafely loading and unloading materials while adhering to company safety procedures.\nReceiving, inspecting, and storing materials in line with inventory control and quality requirements.\nProcessing inventory movements and maintaining accurate stock records using warehouse systems.\nPicking, preparing, and delivering production kits to support manufacturing schedules.\nPicking, packing, labeling, and preparing materials and products for dispatch.\nConducting cycle counts, stock checks, and supporting inventory reconciliation activities.\nMaintaining high standards of housekeeping, material preservation, and workplace organization.\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and company procedures.\nFuel your passion\nTo be successful in this role, you will:\nHave previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics, or materials management environment.\nHold a valid Counterbalance Forklift License. \nDemonstrate experience in goods receipt, inventory control, order picking, material storage, and dispatch activities.\nBe comfortable using warehouse management, ERP, or MRP systems to manage inventory transactions.\nPossess strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing stock movements and inventory records.\nBe able to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively to operational deadlines.\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.\nBe a proactive team player with a flexible approach and a continuous improvement mindset.\nKey Competencies\nInventory and Materials Management\nForklift Operations and Material Handling\nWarehouse Safety and Compliance\nAttention to Detail and Accuracy\nOrder Picking and Dispatch Coordination\nInventory Control and Stock Accuracy\nTeamwork and Collaboration\nContinuous Improvement and Problem Solving\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
