You’ll use hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and assembly techniques to produce reliable components and assemblies.\nDuties\nAssemble electrical and mechanical components, including printed circuit boards (PCBs), electrical panels, and wiring, to blueprint specifications.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and other assembly documents to guide each build.\nPerform soldering and surface mount technology (SMT) work; use an ohmmeter to check electrical connections.\nUse hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment safely during manufacturing and assembly.\nTroubleshoot assembly issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other electro-mechanical components.
