This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to producing quality products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nAssembly & Production\nAssemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.\nPosition and fasten parts using hand tools and assembly equipment.\nOperate assembly equipment, including arbor presses and other production machinery.\nPackage finished products using bagging and packaging equipment.\nRotate between workstations and product lines as production needs require.\nMaintain accurate production counts and work records.\nProduct Inspection & Rework\nInspect returned products for condition and suitability for repair or reconditioning.\nPerform repairs and rework as needed.\nPrepare reconditioned products for inventory or customer return.\nSafety & Housekeeping\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\nWear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nPractice safe work habits and proper equipment operation at all times.\nOther Duties as Assigned\nQualifications\nRequired\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong attention to detail and quality.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nBasic math and measurement skills.\nDependable attendance and strong work ethic.\nPreferred\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience.\nExperience using hand tools and assembly equipment.\nMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nSkills & Abilities\nAbility to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and production documents.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong communication skills.\nAbility to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.\nPhysical Requirements\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.\nRegular standing throughout the workday.\nFrequent walking, reaching, handling, and use of hands.\nFrequent lifting of up to 25 pounds.\nOccasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.\nAbility to visually inspect products and components, including close vision and depth perception.\nWork Environment\nThis position works in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to:\nMoving mechanical equipment and machinery.\nManufacturing chemicals and production materials.\nModerate noise levels.\nProduction and assembly equipment.\nAppropriate training and personal protective equipment will be provided.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nCampbell Manufacturing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
