Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities\nReview daily bank statements and incoming customer payments through wire transfers, ACH, checks, and other payment methods.\nAccurately apply and allocate customer payments against the appropriate invoices and customer accounts in the financial system.\nReview payment remittance details and investigate unidentified, unapplied, or incorrectly applied cash to ensure timely resolution.\nPerform daily cash and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank receipts and system records.\nPartner with Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Revenue Operations, and other Finance teams to resolve payment and account-related issues.\nProcess cash adjustments, reapplications, refunds, and account corrections in accordance with established policies and approval requirements.\nMaintain accurate documentation and supporting records for cash application transactions, reconciliations, and audit requirements.\nPrepare and maintain cash application reports, unapplied cash reports, aging information, and other operational trackers to support Finance reporting.\nSupport month-end close activities, process improvements, automation initiatives, and other Finance operations as required.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in Cash Applications, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations.\nGood understanding of cash applications, customer payments, bank statements, accounts receivable, invoice allocation, and reconciliation processes.\nFamiliarity with unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, refunds, adjustments, and customer account reconciliation.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups, PivotTables, data reconciliation, and basic reporting.\nExperience working with ERP/financial systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to process transactional data within defined timelines.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve payment-related issues.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, and collaborate with global/cross-functional
