In order to be an authorized recruitment agency (\"search firm\") for Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, there must be a formal written agreement in place and the agency must be invited, by Baker Tilly's Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities\nSupport the administration of the firm's compensation programs, including annual and mid-year compensation review processes.\nMaintain compensation, job, and organizational data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nParticipate in compensation surveys, conduct market pricing and compensation analyses, and evaluate internal and external compensation trends.\nAssist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and the maintenance of salary structures and job classifications.\nPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation reporting, market data, and analytical support.\nSupport pay transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance initiatives through reporting, audits, and documentation.\nPrepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and Total Rewards decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities to improve compensation processes, documentation, and data quality.\nParticipate in special projects and other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.\nMinimum of 1 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred.\nWorking knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and analytics required.\nExperience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module preferred.\nAble to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy skills.\nDemonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
