In order to be an authorized recruitment agency (\"search firm\") for Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, there must be a formal written agreement in place and the agency must be invited, by Baker Tilly's Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and lead end-to-end OD programs spanning leadership development, culture, performance, talent & succession, career frameworks, managerial forums, organizational diagnostics, and surveys.\nAct as a trusted OD advisor and change partner to global business leaders and HRBPs, providing strategic guidance on people and organizational effectiveness.\nConduct organizational diagnostics to identify capability gaps, priority development needs, and co-create scalable, locally adaptable solutions.\nLeverage secondary research and industry best practices in leadership development to enrich program design with evidence-based and innovative approaches.\nDesign and tailor learning solutions aligned to identified capability gaps, competency frameworks, and overall business strategy.\nApply instructional design and adult learning principles to create development experiences that drive measurable leadership skill growth.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program design is contextually relevant and business-aligned.\nDefine clear success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, participant feedback, and performance trends.\nAnalyze and synthesize data insights to align development solutions and report ROI, key outcomes, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive organizational change, ensuring initiatives are adopted effectively across diverse, global teams.\nCross geography collaboration for programs and projects\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred (in a related field preferred)\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Talent development, preferably in a global environment.\nProven ability to design, drive, and deliver end-to-end OD and talent initiatives in complex, fast-changing, and high-ambiguity environments.\nStrong consulting mindset with expertise in organizational diagnosis, systems thinking, facilitation, and influencing without authority.\nDemonstrated data orientation -
