In het kader van deze groeiambitie zijn wij ter uitbreiding van de corporate finance praktijk op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s, die een actieve bijdrage gaan leveren aan het uitbouwen en doorontwikkelen van de praktijk. De corporate finance praktijk werkt landelijk en op basis van jouw woonplaats ben je verantwoordelijk voor het servicen van klanten en Baker Tilly kantoren, die zich in jouw regio bevinden.\nAls Manager Financial Due Diligence adviseer jij onze cliënten en bied je out-of-the-box alternatieven op het gebied van het fusies en overnames door inzicht te geven in de risico's bij aankoop en verkoop van een onderneming. Jij bent dan ook verantwoordelijk voor het managen van het due diligence proces, het aansturen en coachen van het due diligence team en het opstellen van due diligence rapportages. Het team bestaat uit 20 betrokken professionele collega's en 10 adviseurs met een fiscale of juridische expertise. Er wordt dus multidisciplinair gewerkt in dergelijke trajecten.\nJe hebt intensief contact met onze klanten, je begeleidt hen zo goed mogelijk tijdens trajecten en je vervult dan ook een rol als trusted advisor. Door jouw adviseringstalent kun jij klanten inspireren en een duurzame relatie met ze opbouwen. Hierbij maak je gebruik van jouw ervaring in strategieconsulting, corporate finance of business development.\nBaker Tilly Corporate Finance focust zich op de volgende disciplines; M&A, Due Diligence, Valuation & Modeling en Financing & Restructering. Onze cliënten bevinden zich met name onder familie-/DGA- bedrijven, mid-market PE en middelgrote not for profit instellingen. Er is voldoende ruimte om ook de andere disciplines te leren kennen en om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.\nMaak impact op deals. Bouw aan klanten. Groei mee met Baker Tilly.\nRequirements\nJe hebt een WO-opleiding (technische) bedrijfskunde, accountancy, econometrie of (bedrijfs)economie afgerond.\n\nJe hebt minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring in de Due Diligence praktijk bij professionele dienstverlener.\n\nGelukkig zijn wij allemaal anders.
