We partner with leaders to design modern operating models, streamline processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions that drive efficiency, strengthen controls, and elevate business insights.\nAs a Manager, you’ll work with Baker Tilly’s cross-functional teams (Go-to-Market, Technology, Transition, and Operation) to solve complex operational challenges from strategy through execution. You will guide clients through assessments, design, transitions, and steady state operations while delivering best-in-class service and financial expertise.\nIn this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, using your knowledge of industry trends and operational best practices to provide actionable insights and help clients build scalable, high-performing Finance organizations. This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
