Ensure recruiting\ndocumentation and records are accurate and up to date.\nPartner with recruiters and HR teams to support onboarding and hiring workflows\nGenerate and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and status updates. Track hiring progress\nand follow up with stakeholders on pending actions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Assist with recruitment projects, audits, and operational improvements as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred\nMinimum 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support\nExperience coordinating with India and US-based teams preferred. Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module or similar ATS preferred\nStrong organizational and administrative skills.
