In order to be an authorized recruitment agency (\"search firm\") for Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, there must be a formal written agreement in place and the agency must be invited, by Baker Tilly's Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.\nJob Description:\nResponsibilities\nLead client engagements and manage technology-focused due diligence activities for middle-market transactions across multiple industries.\nPartner with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks on buy-side, sell-side, and other M&A-related engagements.\nAnalyze complex business and transaction scenarios to identify risks, opportunities, and key operational considerations.\nManage all phases of engagement delivery, including client communication, analysis, deliverables, and project execution.\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support.\nCollaborate with other service lines and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.\nSupport business development and networking activities that contribute to practice growth.\nLead, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.\nManage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality client service and timely delivery.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field;
