Enterprise\n\nSupport configuration, administration, monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting of KNIME Server/Business Hub and/or Alteryx Server environments\n\nManage user provisioning via Entra/SCIM, maintaining RBAC via security groups, SSO, and access reviews.\n\nMonitor platform health, usage, performance, and availability.\n\nTroubleshoot incidents and coordinate with vendor support for technical Q&A\n\nSupport creation and maintenance of SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.\n\nConfigure and support OpenAI and Claude APIs and MCP-based integrations between AI platforms and enterprise collaboration platforms.\n\nConfigure and maintainplatform environments, administrative settings, enterprise policies, licensing, and technical configurations.\n\nSupport platform featurereleases, upgrades, testing, and develop and maintainautomation for recurring platform operations.\n\nCollaborate with product management to optimizelicensing, provisioning, and the US Senior Systems Engineer to provide follow-the-sun engineering coverage, technical handoffs, and continuity for platform operations and escalated incidents.\n\nWork with product management to support enablement activities and user guidance.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a relatedfield.\n\nMinimum 3years of systems engineering or platform administration experience.\n\nExperience with enterprise SaaS, enterprise platformsadministration.\n\nWorking knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, SCIM, MFA, OpenAI and Claude APIs.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nExperience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise,\n\nStrong understanding of KNIME and/or Alteryx server/business hub.\n\nKnowledge of platform configuration and administration of AI platforms.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience in PowerShell and Python automation.\n\nRelevant
