This is a senior role requiring a proven ability to manage project scope, programme, cost, risk, resources, and stakeholder expectations across complex infrastructure projects.\nWorking with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll drive collaboration, solve complex challenges, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.\nThis person can be based in anyone of our BakerHicks offices. \nWhat you’ll do\nLead highways projects and programmes across the full lifecycle\nDrive project delivery across scope, programme, cost, quality, and safety\nDevelop and manage project plans, delivery strategies, and risk mitigation\nProvide technical oversight and ensure compliance with industry standards and contract requirements\nManage commercial performance, change control, and contractual obligations\nBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner\nLead multidisciplinary teams and support capability growth\nWhat we’re looking for\nDegree in Civil Engineering or related discipline\nChartered Engineer (CEng) with ICE, CIHT, or equivalent preferable\nStrong project management experience within highways or infrastructure delivery\nProven ability to manage budgets, programmes, risk, and resource planning\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects\nStrong commercial awareness and contract management capability\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nMany of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance.
