Working closely with the wider BakerHicks team, you will contribute to the development of the Bristol team while leading technically challenging projects across a range of sectors.\nYou will be joining a collaborative and technically diverse business, with the opportunity to work across multidisciplinary projects and contribute to a growing regional presence. This role offers the chance to combine hands-on technical leadership, project delivery and mentoring with the opportunity to influence the development of the team and the work it delivers.\nWe are looking for a highly experienced Civil or Structural Engineer operating at Principal level, with a strong background in design consultancy and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. You will bring excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills and the confidence to act as a technical lead, support project teams and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.\nYou will play an important role in leading design delivery, undertaking technical reviews, supporting multidisciplinary teams, contributing to tenders and fee estimates, and helping develop the capability of the Bristol Civil & Structural team.
