Are you ready to take the lead in shaping high-quality civil and structural designs? At BakerHicks, we’re looking for a Senior Technician who thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation.
What you’ll do:
- Own the quality and completeness of all drawn information for your projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of CAD technicians and apprentices.
- Drive BIM adoption and CAD process improvements.
- Deliver accurate, detailed drawings and ensure compliance with UK standards.
What we’re looking for:
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (ICE accredited).
- EngTech MICE / TIStructE or working towards it.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD (Microstation and CADS RC a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of UK technical standards, CDM regulations, and BIM.
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
