You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists, contribute to the adoption of new technologies and influence how surveying services are delivered across a long-term programme of work.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDelivering land, topographical and measured building surveys to support a variety of projects. \nProcessing, reviewing and validating survey data and deliverables. \nProviding technical oversight and quality assurance of survey outputs to ensure compliance with client and industry standards. \nSupporting the development of survey specifications, standards and best practice guidance. \nWorking closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver successful outcomes.\nMentoring and supporting junior surveyors and apprentices, helping them develop their technical skills and confidence. \nExploring and implementing innovative surveying technologies and ways of working\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're interested in hearing from individuals who can bring a blend of technical expertise, collaboration and leadership potential.\nExperience delivering topographical and measured surveys within a professional environment.\nStrong knowledge of AutoCAD and N4CE. \nExperience processing and managing survey data and deliverables. \nUnderstanding of quality assurance processes and survey standards. \nExperience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.\nA full UK driving licence.\nWhy join BakerHicks?\nAt BakerHicks, we believe diverse teams create better outcomes.
