This position is responsible for processing outgoing mail and packages, maintaining cost information within Epicor, preparing reports, supporting accounts receivable activities, and assisting with various administrative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, data entry, and managing multiple priorities.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nUse Microsoft Excel, including accounting functions, formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis\nPrepare, process, and meter all outgoing mail and packages daily.\nMaintain organized records and documentation.\nProvide general clerical support to the Accounting Department.\nProvide daily customer invoicing support as assigned.\nPerform raw material cost reviews and updates within Epicor.\nProcess transfer part cost changes as needed.\nAssist with monthly rebate reporting and data compilation.\nPrepare annual 1099 forms and support electronic submission processes.\nAssist with the preparation of customer Certificate of Origin documentation.\nSupport the accounting team with special projects and reporting requests.\nAssist in preparing documentation for customer chargeback disputes.\nCompile and organize supporting documentation for customer and internal requests.\nMaintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial and customer information.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.\nAbility to perform repetitive keyboarding and data entry tasks.\nOther duties as assigned \nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, including accounting functions, formulas, spreadsheets, and data analysis. \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality.\nPreferred\nAssociate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.\nPrior accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience.\nExperience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.\nExperience with invoicing, reporting, or accounts receivable functions.\nBenefits\nBaker
