We've built our business through commitment to the quality of our product, the development of our people and by providing a delightful experience to all of our customers.\nThe Opportunity\nWe have an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take their experience beyond one bakery to join one of Australia’s most loved bakery brands as an Operations Training Specialist.\nReporting to the State Director and based in either Melbourne or Brisbane, you’ll use your practical knowledge to coach teams, support franchisees and lift operational performance across our network to make a genuine difference in our bakeries.\nYou’ll work closely with franchisees, bakery teams and support office stakeholders across our network. This is a highly hands-on role, with regular travel across Australia and plenty of time spent in our bakeries, coaching teams and supporting operational excellence. Some of the things that will keep you busy include:\nSupporting new bakery openings and ownership transitions through hands-on operational coaching, training and support.\nCoaching franchisees and bakery teams to improve operational performance, profitability and overall business outcomes. \nDelivering practical training and capability-building initiatives that drive long-term success across the network. \nAssisting bakeries requiring additional operational support, including developing and implementing improvement plans. \nSupporting bakeries to meet operational, compliance, food safety and brand standards while building strong, collaborative relationships across the network.\nLet’s hear about you!\nYou'll have experience in an operational, training, coaching or business improvement role within a retail, hospitality, franchising, FMCG or multi-site environment. Better still, you'll bring a baking qualification and first-hand knowledge of bakery operations.\nYou're a natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people and helping them succeed.
