Студия ищет скриптера на Roblox: от пустого места до опубликованной и монетизированной игры. Арт, UI-дизайн, иконки и маркетинг закрыты внутри - нужен тот, кто по готовому ТЗ собирает и запускает игру.

Стек:

  • Luau (Roblox)
  • Roblox Studio + Rojo (код лежит на диске, синк в Studio)
  • Git
  • Knit (service/controller), ProfileStore, DataStores, MarketplaceService
  • AI-инструменты для кодинга (Claude Code / Codex / Cursor) - обязательно, ежедневно
  • Blender на уровне «принять FBX и починить импорт» - плюс

Что ожидаем:

  • 2+ года коммерческой разработки игр
  • Luau/Lua, ООП, модульная архитектура, типизация
  • Клиент-серверная модель: сервер владеет состоянием, все ремоуты валидируются
  • Сохранения игрока: схема, автосейв, бэкапы, миграция ключей
  • Экономика и прогрессия: валюты, экспоненциальные кривые, престиж, оффлайн-доход
  • Монетизация: геймпассы, dev products, идемпотентный ProcessReceipt, аналитика
  • CFrame/векторы, рейкасты, физика, работа с камерой
  • AI-first подход: код пишется с AI на максимуме, вы умеете ставить задачу модели и ревьюить результат
  • Обязательно: опыт published-игр на Roblox или бэкграунд в мобильном F2P (live-ops, IAP, ретеншн)

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Полностью вести один тайтл: архитектура, геймплей, данные, экономика, монетизация, полировка
  • Работать по written spec и сдавать результат с доказательством, что он работает
  • Собирать системы из нашей библиотеки готовых плейбуков и пополнять её
  • Короткие фиксированные релизные циклы - от концепта до публикации внутри цикла; следующий тайтл всегда уже в очереди
