Working closely with the Sales Directors for New and existing business, you'll gather updates, maintain accurate records and help ensure opportunities are tracked effectively from initial contact through to conversion.\nThis isn’t just an administration role. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and accountability to busy teams. You'll be comfortable picking up the phone every day, chasing updates, following up actions and ensuring our CRM reflects what's actually happening across the sales pipeline.\nYou'll be the heartbeat of our sales operation, ensuring opportunities, customer activity and pipeline information are captured accurately by consistently engaging with sales teams and holding them accountable for timely updates.\nAlongside CRM management, you'll provide administrative and coordination support to the wider sales team, helping ensure they can focus on building relationships, winning business and growing accounts.\nThis role offers flexibility and could suit someone looking for part-time, school-hours or flexible working arrangements.\nKey Responsibilities\nTake ownership of CRM accuracy, data quality and user compliance across the sales function.\nProactively contact Sales Directors and their teams to obtain updates on opportunities, customer activity and pipeline progression.\nUpdate daily and maintain CRM records to ensure information is current, complete and accurate.\nFollow up relentlessly on missing information, overdue updates and outstanding actions to drive CRM discipline.\nChallenge gaps, inconsistencies and incomplete records to ensure reporting is reliable and meaningful.\nProduce regular pipeline, activity and sales reports for management teams.\nMaintain customer contact databases and account information.\nSupport the preparation of customer presentations, proposals, quotations and sales documentation.\nCoordinate travel, accommodation and meeting arrangements for the sales team.\nAssist with customer onboarding and account administration activities.\nSchedule customer meetings and manage follow-up actions.\nSupport the organisation of trade shows, exhibitions, customer visits and sales events.\nManage document control and filing for sales opportunities and customer accounts.\nProvide general administrative support to the wider sales function.\nWe're looking for someone who is\nHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail.\nConfident speaking with people at all levels of the business, including senior leaders.\nComfortable picking up the phone every day to gather updates, follow up actions and keep information flowing.\nNaturally persistent and not afraid to politely pester people when information is missing or overdue.\nAble to build positive working relationships whilst maintaining accountability and discipline.\nStrong administration and coordination skills.\nProactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.\nConfident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.\nPrevious experience in sales support, administration, coordination or customer-facing roles would be advantageous, but is not essential as full training will be provided.\nExperience of CRM systems would be beneficial but is not required.
