This role supports product planning, development, and lifecycle management while working closely with experienced product leaders. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about our products and markets, help translate customer needs into clear product requirements, and collaborate across teams to support product development and successful launches.\nKey Job Responsibilities\nAssist in developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.\nGather customer feedback and competitive research to support product requirements, pricing, and positioning.\nSupport cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and launch to product updates and end-of-life activities.\nWork with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to track action items and support product development, documentation, and launch plans.\nHelp prepare sales tools and training materials and support product adoption with the Sales team.\nTrack product performance, pricing, costs, and customer feedback to help identify improvement opportunities.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n0-2 years of experience in product management, engineering, business, or a related role; relevant internships or projects welcome.\nExposure to product development, new product introductions, or cross-functional teamwork is a plus.\nExposure to OEM customers, electronics, or water and wellness markets is a plus.\nRequired Skills and Abilities\nAnalytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.\nAbility to gather customer needs and help document clear product requirements.\nClear communication, documentation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to collaborate across teams, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.\nComfortable with data analysis and willingness to learn market research tools.\nFamiliarity with Agile or other product development methodologies is a plus.\nTravel Requirements\nAbility to travel up to 15% or more as needed.\nEEO Statement\nBalboa is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
