Bring issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership.\n\nMaintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients to minimize potential for errors.\n\nAssist colleagues as requested.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\nDemonstrates effective presentation skills through verbal and written communications.\n\nExhibits excellent client service and problem-solving skills.\n\nCan comfortably work in a team environment.\n\nIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software programs.\n\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nA Bachelor’s degree is preferred.\n\nAt least 2-5 years’ relevant experience.\n\nCurrent P&C license as required by the State Department of Insurance to effectively service clients or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses\n\nDemonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with corporate culture.\n\nStarting pay for this position is $65,000; negotiable at offer.\nIMPORTANT NOTICE:\nThis position description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing in the role and is not a contract.
