PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather and accurately process customer and loan information related to policy issuance, endorsements, and cancellations within departmental timeframe standards
Maintain familiarity with all aspects of our quality standards
Provide suggestions for improvements to processes and systems
Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective customers to transfer to agent
Cultivate strong working relationships with agents, lenders, and settlement service providers
Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company objectives
