In\nthis capacity, the role is responsible for managerial, organizational,\nsupervisory, coordination and decision-making activities throughout the project\nlifecycle.\nThe role oversees the project documentation process from the\nreceipt and review of the design documentation, through the design review and\napproval stages, inspections and control activities during construction, to the\nhandover of completed works, obtaining the occupancy permit and completion of\nthe final acceptance and commissioning process.\nRequirements\nMain Duties and Responsibilities:\nLeadthe overall planning, management and successful delivery of the project,\nensuring alignment with the approved budget, schedule, procurement plan and\nproject objectives.\n\nManageand monitor project costs, budgets and deviations, working closely with the\nrelevant Company structures to identify, analyze and control project costs.\n\nCoordinatethe preparation, implementation and monitoring of the project work schedule and\nprocurement schedule, ensuring timely progress and effective coordination with\nthe Procurement Department.\n\nOverseethe implementation and completion of all technical and legal documentation\nthroughout the project lifecycle, from construction permit and project\ndocumentation through construction, commissioning, final acceptance and\nhandover to the Client.\n\nCoordinatewith the Company's internal departments, project stakeholders and\nInvestor/Client to ensure effective communication, alignment of requirements\nand smooth project execution.\n\nEnsurethat construction works are carried out in accordance with Company standards,\napplicable technical regulations and approved project documentation, monitoring\nquality, progress and compliance across the relevant sites.\n\nReviewand approve monthly progress statements and project reports, including overall\nand cost reports, and ensure that project requirements, objectives, decisions\nand changes are properly documented and reflected in the project documentation.\n\nManagethe project's technical and administrative structure, including determining\nstaffing needs, organizing responsibilities, assigning and monitoring tasks,\nproviding technical guidance and ensuring effective performance management of\nthe project team.\n\nManageand monitor contractual matters, including technical aspects of construction\ncontracts, specifications and project standards, contract amendments/change\norders, ongoing contract compliance and applicable penalties.\n\nPrepareregular and short-term project progress plans and reports, identifying\npotential risks, deviations and corrective actions required to ensure\nsuccessful project delivery.\n\nProvidetechnical and administrative support and guidance to contractors and relevant\nstakeholders, facilitating the resolution of technical issues, uncertainties\nand project-related challenges.\n\nEnsurethe effective implementation of the Company's technical and administrative\nprocedures and maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date project documentation\nthroughout all project stages.\n\nDevelopand support the professional growth of the project team through continuous\nfeedback, performance monitoring and evaluation, in coordination with the Human\nResources Department, and recommend promotions, development opportunities or\ncorrective actions where appropriate.\n\nPerformother duties and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with the\nrequirements of the project and the Company.\n\nEducation:\nBachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field; \n\nMaster’sdegree is an advantage.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum15 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in a Project\nManager/Construction Manager role.\n\nProvenexperience in delivering medium-to-large construction projects from planning\nand permitting through construction, commissioning and handover.\n\nStrongknowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contracts,\nchange orders, risk management and progress reporting.\n\nSolidunderstanding of construction legislation, technical standards and project\ndocumentation requirements.\n\nProvenability to manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors, subcontractors,\nconsultants and Client/Investor relationships.\n\nStronganalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate\nproject issues, propose solutions and prepare effective reports and\npresentations.\n\nExcellentwritten and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate\neffectively with internal and external stakeholders.\n\nExcellentcommand of English;
