Leads the Group’s Treasury function, responsible for shaping treasury\nstrategy, optimizing liquidity, overseeing risk, and ensuring alignment of\ncash, financing, and investment policies with Group objectives. Acts as\ndecision-maker on treasury strategy in full alignment with Group CFO.\nMain\nResponsibilities:\nStrategic Leadership &\nOversight\nDevelop andmanage strategies, operations, policies, and budgets relating to treasury\nactivities.\n\nDirectsdevelopment and revision of financial policies for capital structure, working\ncapital, treasury operations.\n\nOversee treasuryoperations across all Group companies, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and\nrisk management.\n\nProvide strategicadvice to executive management on capital allocation, funding, and investment\ndecisions.\n\nEnsure treasurypolicies and processes are effective and consistently applied across the\norganization.\n\nMentor and guideSenior Treasury Specialists, Supervisor, and Junior Specialist to deliver\nhigh-quality operational results.\n\nAssist CFO on anyad-hoc project/assignment\n\nCash & Liquidity\nOversight\nReview andapprove cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning prepared by the treasury\nteam.\n\nMonitorIntercompany cash management, funding allocations, and liquidity positions to\nsupport Group strategy.\n\nIdentify andmitigate strategic risks related to cash, financing, and banking activities.\n\nOverseedeveloping of strategy for investment in financial instruments for the Group\n\nPrepareprocedures for financial instruments investments, propose continues\nimprovements\n\nBanking & Financing\nStrategy\nMaintainrelationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.\n\nApprove financingstructures and terms negotiated by Senior Treasury Specialists and the\nSupervisor.\n\nOversee strategicdebt, credit facilities, and investment decisions.\n\nMoney Market Investments\nSet strategicdirection for short-term and long-term investments.\n\nEvaluate andapprove investment opportunities and financial instruments recommended by the\nteam.\n\nMonitorperformance of investment portfolios and provide strategic recommendations\n\nRequirements\nQualifications and\nRequirements\nBachelor degreein Business or Finance required.
