Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the project schedule as assigned by the Project Manager, by managing the process of submittal approvals, coordinating the timely delivery of materials, maintaining schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture. \nEssential Functions\nProject Financial Responsibilities\nPreconstruction Services\nProject Start-up and Scheduling\nProject Administration, Coordination, and Close-out\nPromote Customer Relations\nPromote Culture, Leadership and Employee Development\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor of Science degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field OR 3 years of experience in a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator role.\nConstruction work experience or Internship experience, required for this role. \nProficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).\n Preferred Experience\nRFI\nChange orders\nSubmittals\nPunch-list\nAssisting with sub-contractor meeting minutes\nPrevious or current Interiors experience, very helpful\nThe base compensation range for the Project Engineer role in SoCal listed above is $78,000 - $90,000 annually.\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
