In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements to ensure projects are completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.\nEssential Functions\nProject Financial Analysis\nPreconstruction Coordination\nProject Scheduling\nProject Administration, Operations, and Close-out\nPromote Customer and Community Relations \nFoster Positive Culture, Leadership and Employee Development\n Minimum Requirements\nBachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.\nTen years or more of commercial construction experience in project management.\nFive years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.\nExperience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.). \nExperience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports. \nExperience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s). \n Preferred Requirements\nPublic works, Interiors/ TI, Special projects, Theme park, DSA all are a plus \nLocal qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.\nCurrent or previous Large Projects (Ground-Up) project experience, highly desired. \nThe base compensation range for the role of Project Manager in Santa Ana, CA posted above is $120,000 to $160,000 annually.\n*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
