The Project Manager will assist in the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of this construction project. In this position, the incumbent directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule requirements associated with the low voltage scopes of work to ensure the project is completed with quality, profitable, adhering to our Safety/Zero Harm culture.\n\nEssential Functions\nProject Financial Analysis\nProject Scheduling\nProject Administration, Operations, and Close-out\nPromote Customer and Community Relations \nFoster Positive Culture, Leadership and Employee Development\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.\nTen years or more of commercial construction experience \nFive years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.\nExperience with project manager software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.) \nExperience with Change order administration. \nMust be capable of reading, writing, and conversing fluently in the English language\nProject Management Experience\n\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with BIM tools and lean construction practices.\nFederal Experience helpful but not required\nOSHA 30\nCapable of conversing fluently in the Spanish language\nProject Management Experience with a focus on low voltage work.\n\nPay Rate: $130,000-145,000.*\n\n*This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
