Mentor, train and develop salary personnel in all aspects of their careers. Provide timely feedback and ensure that employees participate in the performance review process. \nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.\nTen years or more of commercial construction experience in project management on K-12 and or Higher ED Construction Both are not required\nFive to Ten years or more of direct supervisory experience related to subcontractor management.\nProficiency using a personal computer (PC) and company communication tools, such as email, the internet, Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook).\nExperience with Financial reporting tools such as JD Edwards, Power BI or similar construction application(s). \n Preferred Requirements\nDSA/Public Works experience\nOSHA 30\nDBIA and CCM Professional Certifications (preferred but not required)\nLocal qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.\nThe base compensation range for the role of Project Manager in Imperial Valley, CA posted above is $120,000 to $160,000 annually.\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
