In this role, you’ll manage international shipping and logistics for critical service parts, support warehouse operations, and ensure our field service teams can deliver on-time solutions to customers worldwide.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage inbound and outbound global shipments, including carriers, customs brokers, and documentation\nTroubleshoot logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery to customer sites\nHandle service parts inventory: replenishment, storage, shipments, returns, and disposal\nReceive, store, and deliver parts while maintaining accurate records and compliance controls\nSupport packaging, picking, and recycling of service parts\nConduct periodic inventory counts and support year-end audits\nWork with ERP systems (Oracle, Service Cloud, Agile, RFS) for order processing and record keeping\nManage carrier relationships (FedEx, Bollore) and coordinate freight/customs invoice processing\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 3 years’ experience in international shipping and logistics (import/export, customs, carriers)\nExperience supporting Customer Care or Field Service operations\nKnowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling\nCertified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation or equivalent experience\nERP systems experience (Oracle preferred)\nForklift certification and valid Class 5 driver’s license\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nThe compensation for this role ranges from CAD 50,000 to 60,000.
