You will work closely with tender managers, engineers, and project teams to develop realistic and competitive project schedules that form a key part of our tender submissions.\nYou will translate technical input into clear and structured planning scenarios and provide insights into timelines, sequencing, and potential risks.\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop project schedules for international tenders\n\nWork closely with tender teams to translate technical scope into a realistic timeline and construction sequence\n\nIdentify critical paths, dependencies, and planning risks\n\nSupport the preparation of tender documentation with clear and well-structured schedules\n\nAlign planning with engineering, procurement, estimate and construction strategies\n\nProvide planning and resource scenarios to support decision-making during the tender phase\n\nContribute to improving planning methodologies within the International department\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field\n\nExperience as a planner or scheduler in construction or infrastructure projects\n\nExperience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or similar software\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to provide structure to complex projects for team alignment\n\nExperience working in tender environments is a strong advantage\n\nGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams\n\nFluent in English;
