This requires technical insight, flexibility, and the ability to align engineering with project goals.\nOne day you work on tender strategies and technical methods; the next, you discuss execution details with site teams and international partners, or mentor engineers in their professional development.\nYour responsibilities include:\nDeveloping technical solutions and execution methods for offshore foundation, Balance of Plant (BoP) installation, marine infrastructure, and decommissioning projects.\n\nManaging engineering activities during both the tender phase and project execution.\n\nCoordinating technical interfaces with suppliers, subcontractors and supply chain partners.\n\nIdentifying, managing and mitigating technical risks, while safeguarding quality and constructability.\n\nCoaching and supporting (junior) project engineers in their technical growth.\n\nBringing structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent activities.\n\nActively contributing to the development of engineering processes and best practices.\n\nAbout Your Team\nYou will join a compact, entrepreneurial team within Ballast Nedam Wind & Marine.
