In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and efficient construction methodologies for complex marine and coastal infrastructure tenders and projects.\nYou will play a key role in both the tender phase and project execution, translating engineering designs into practical construction methods while considering safety, logistics, equipment, and environmental conditions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development of construction methodologies for marine infrastructure tenders and projects such as ports, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, and coastal protection structures.\n\nPrepare construction phasing, method statements, installation procedures, and technical documentation.\n\nAssess equipment requirements such as vessels, cranes, barges, and marine installation tools.\n\nSupport tender teams by providing technical input and construction strategies.\n\nEvaluate constructability and optimize engineering designs for efficient execution.\n\nCoordinate with engineering, estimating, planning, project management, procurement, and marine operations teams.\n\nIdentify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.\n\nProvide technical support during project execution and resolve engineering challenges on site.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, Marine Engineering, or Offshore Engineering.\n\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience in marine or offshore construction engineering.\n\nStrong experience with marine infrastructure projects such as ports, terminals, or coastal structures.\n\nProven ability to develop practical construction methodologies.\n\nExperience working in international and multidisciplinary project teams.\n\nStrong analytical and
