Your responsibilities include:\nDeveloping technical solutions and execution methods for offshore foundations, Balance of Plant (BoP) installations, marine infrastructure, and decommissioning projects.\n\nOverseeing engineering activities across both tendering and execution phases, ensuring high standards and constructability.\n\nCoordinating technical interfaces with suppliers, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.\n\nIdentifying, managing, and mitigating technical risks, while safeguarding quality and project outcomes.\n\nCoaching and guiding (junior) project engineers, supporting their technical and professional development.\n\nBringing structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent activities.\n\nDriving process improvements and the implementation of engineering best practices.\n\nIn short: you are a hands-on senior engineer with vision, capable of maintaining overview, ensuring technical excellence, and bringing people along with you.\nAbout Your Team\nYou will join a compact, entrepreneurial team within Ballast Nedam Wind & Marine.
