This role also communicates with technicians and internal teams to help ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of service and maintenance requests.\nWhat You’ll Do\nReceive, inspect, and process inbound shipments (verify part number, quantity, and condition)\nPick, pack, label, and ship parts for work orders and technician replenishment\nAccurately complete system transactions (receipts, transfers, shipments) and document discrepancies\nSupport returns (RMA), core returns, and warranty shipments\nAssign stock locations, perform put-away, and maintain proper bin/zone organization\nPerform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and resolve variances\nCommunicate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and internal customers on order status and needs\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse (5S) and follow safety procedures\nOperate material-handling equipment as trained\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to plan, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional verbal and written communication skills\nBasic math skills for counting and verification\nStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office and company systems)\nDependable, accountable, and able to work independently\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with FedEx and/or UPS shipping systems\nForklift experience\nRequirements\nFrequent walking, bending, and standing\nSitting and typing on a laptop/computer\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nWork performed primarily indoors in a warehouse/open office environment\nAbility to understand and follow simple and complex oral and written instructions\nAbility to read work orders, schedules, and specifications\nAbility to work with minimal supervision\nAbility to manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously with accuracy\nDOC Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
