Join our team as a Cashier in the Cage, where you will be responsible for maintaining and protecting a bankroll of up to $200,000. You will service both external and internal customers, handle exchanges with the main bank, change persons, and F&B employees, and manage payments for slot hopper fills and jackpots. You will also issue table fills, sell coins, redeem gaming chips, cash personal and traveler's checks, and transact credit card advances. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, perform basic math, and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. The work environment is fast-paced and noisy, with exposure to fumes and cigarette smoke. Compensation is $14.00 per hour.
Missions
- Maintaining and protecting the bankroll of up to $200,000, handling exchanges with the main bank, and recording all Title 31 transactions.
- Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers, and effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Performing various financial transactions, including cashing personal and traveler's checks, transacting credit card advances, and issuing markers.
