In this role, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and storage of dirty and clean dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the dish machine area and pot and pan area, and ensuring sanitary food handling. You will also assist with various other duties as assigned. Missions
- Washing all dishes, glassware, and silverware, ensuring they are clean, dry, and spot-free.
- Keeping the dish area, machine, and racks clean and organized, and stocking all clean dishes in storage locations.
- Taking out trash from garbage cans, transporting it to the dumpster, and replacing all can liners.
