Join Bally's Corporation as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In this role, you will lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, develop key performance indicators, monitor financial results, and support strategic decision-making. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and lead and develop finance team members. The position offers an annual salary of $110,000, daily garage parking, and a dynamic work environment within a gaming and entertainment facility.
Missions
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, partnering with accounting and operational leaders to support business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs), financial models, management reports, and operating metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Monitor financial results, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities that may impact future performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
