Join Bally's Black Hawk as a Security Shift Supervisor, where you'll manage the Security Department on your assigned shift, oversee all security operations, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. You'll lead security officers, motivate team members, and provide exceptional guest service. A minimum of two years' experience in security operations and management is required, along with a Colorado Division of Gaming Support license. Missions
- Leads security officers on shift and oversees all casino security operations.
- Acts as the representative of the Security Director in relations with guests and other team members.
