Join our team as a Supervisor in our restaurant. You will assist managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, manage schedules, train bartenders, handle guest complaints, and maintain high levels of customer service. You must have a customer service background, bartending experience, and knowledge of R.I liquor laws. A ServSafe certification and DBR license are required. The position requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and long shifts in a fast-paced gaming environment.

  • Investigating and managing guest complaints or employee issues, and working with bartenders to maintain high levels of customer service.
