Join our team as a Supervisor in Retail Operations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining security in the store, managing inventory, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also oversee cashiers, implement store promotions, and conduct training and evaluations for subordinates. This position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and nights. Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour, with additional benefits including free rides for new hires and reimbursements for commuting.
Missions
- Provide guests with the highest level of customer service and handle all complaints and problems that may occur in a courteous and professional manner.
- Keep track of, account for and replenish all clothing, souvenirs, etc.; stock merchandise, logging all items received, damaged and transferred for end of month inventory count.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and competition.
