The role is techno-functional, combining strong banking domain knowledge with hands-on FLEXCUBE experience. The position will contribute to core functionality improvements, migration initiatives, and ongoing transformation programs, with a focus on reducing technical debt and strengthening platform-level capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and improve Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS) core banking functionality and configurations.\nWork with product setup, parameters, events, accounting roles, and business rules.\nSupport migration initiatives and broader banking transformation programs.\nAnalyze FLEXCUBE architecture, including databases, applications, and interfaces.\nPerform data analysis and validation using SQL.\nAnalyze SOAP/REST web services, XML messages, and UNIX/Linux logs.\nRead and interpret technical documentation and production logs.\nCollaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.\nSupport production environments and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.\nMust-Have Requirements:\nStrong understanding of core banking operations, including account lifecycle, interest and fee calculations, accounting entries, and regulatory reporting concepts.\nHands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS).\nGood understanding of FLEXCUBE product setup, parameters, events, accounting roles, and rules.\nUnderstanding of FLEXCUBE architecture, including database, application, and interfaces.\nBasic technical knowledge of SQL, SOAP/REST, XML, and UNIX/Linux logs.\nAbility to read technical documentation and analyze logs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication with business and technical stakeholders.\nExperience in production/support environments.\nFluent English, spoken and written.\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with banking standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX.\nOracle FLEXCUBE certifications.\nHourly rate: up to 58 EUR (Gross).
