The role covers application development, change management, platform maintenance, support activities, and migration initiatives. The environment includes PeopleTools 8.62, SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted components.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport development, enhancement, and change management activities within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.\nProvide application management, technical support, and corrective maintenance.\nPerform platform updates and ensure stability of PeopleTools 8.62 and related components.\nSupport migration and decommissioning activities across the existing environment.\nWork with SQL Server, Oracle WebLogic, BI Publisher, and Microsoft Azure hosted services.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to maintain and improve HR-related business processes and system functionality.\nMust-Have Requirements:\nHands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.\nStrong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.62.\nExperience with SQL Server administration and development.\nUnderstanding of Oracle WebLogic and BI Publisher.\nExperience supporting enterprise application maintenance, upgrades, and change management.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure hosted environments.\nAbility to work independently in a remote, international environment.\nHourly rate: up to 50 EUR (Gross).
