This is a very integral part of the foundation of Baltic Born and it is critical that this department is kept flowing in a timely manner, as we strive to stay within a 24 hour order fulfillment window. As a leader at Baltic Born, you are an extension of the owners and expected to maintain a positive, drama-free environment for your team. This role includes leading, developing and continually training the team of Baltic Born Fulfillment specialists.It also includes implementing and improving new processes to increase efficiencies, and tracking the metrics of each individual on the team. This role requires confidence, positive energy, good management skills, and organization.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead the team of Baltic Born Fulfillment Specialists - pickers, packers and go backs.\nEstablish daily goals according to the orders in the queue and staffing.\nCommunicate expectations to the team and encourage them to be accountable for metrics set in place.\nEnsure orders are sent out in a timely manner and accurately.
