submits reports and memoranda to the Chief of Staff, Comptroller and Executive Leadership Team to External Relations Represents the agency before government councils and commissions; non-profit providers on federal, state and local regulations; business, community and civic groups on programs and projects; informs these groups on major programs and policies and obtains their support for the activities and goals of the Office of the Comptroller. \nReviews and assesses inquiries referred to the Comptroller's office determining the proper course of action and delegates as necessary. \nReviews the development of talking points, policy papers, and public statements in collaboration with internal staff. \nMaintains relationships with City officials, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective information flow and alignment with City policies. \nHuman Resources Provide leadership, supervision and oversight of assigned units in accordance with City policies and applicable laws;
