For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management.\n Supervise daily warehouse operations including repacking, kit-building, receiving, sorting, and inventory movement.\nMonitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage.\nConduct pre-shift planning including inventory checks, laundry scheduling, and workflow coordination.\nLead team huddles and post-shift debriefs to communicate goals, progress, and performance.\nPerform spot checks and maintain accurate inventory records.\nEnsure compliance with safety protocols and immediately address hazards or incidents.\nManage employee breaks, lunches, and attendance in accordance with company policy.\nPrepare shift handover documentation and update daily operational reports.\nCollaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Manager to address critical shortages.\nMaintain communication with leadership and client representatives regarding operations.\nSet a positive, professional example for the workforce and coach employees as needed.\nEnsure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory standards.\n Physical Demands:\nMust be able to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift.\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift.\nWork Environment:\nWarehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to heavy noise levels.\nRequires physical activity including lifting, walking, and operating equipment.\nSkills:\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to communicate effectively in English.\nAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.\nAbility to present information and respond to questions from team members and clients.\nComputer Skills:\nGood understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.\nAbility to solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nExperience:\nMinimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience or similar environment, including supervisory responsibilities\nPrevious management experience preferred.\nOverall:\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nTwo forms of Valid IDs (Driver's License/ID and Passport) \nMust meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal.
